A) Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 8 hours of order by emailing us on support@eydis.shop or calling us on +91 9891314749 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM IST).
M&N Apparels P Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled product?
Money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. We don’t do Cash on Deliveries for orders and all orders that are processed will be only for those that are pre-paid.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled product?
We will process your refund within 3-7 business days in case of cancellation of an order
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and is not as per the confirmed measurement sheet then you have to inform us within 5-7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size, fit alterations and easy replacement might be available for orders placed within India.
