We strive to display product colours and details accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings and handcrafted embroidery.

• EYDIS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• EYDIS reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, content, and trademarks are the exclusive property of EYDIS. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

EYDIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Return & Refund Policy

At EYDIS, every garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• Return requests must include the order number and product photographs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered garments.
• Gift Cards.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned without original tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
